HOW TO SHOP

Buying a product on shop.raptusandrose.com is simple, follow our instructions!

1. Select the item you would like to purchase in the correct size and quantity desired. You can also be guided by the size chart by selecting on “What size should I choose for me?”.

2. If you still have any doubts, you can ask Lorena by clicking on the button “Speak to Lorena”

3. Click “Add to trolley” and if you would like to continue shopping simply click on “Continue to shop”, alternatively click on “Buy” to continue with the payment. 

4. By clicking on the trolley icon, your list of items selected will be available for you to check and modify as you please.

5. Sign in to your Raptus&Rose account, if you haven’t already registered you will be asked to do so. 

6. Insert the delivery address.

7. 20 € will be added to the final price of your order for the delivery.

8. Choose the PAYMENTS method and accept the terms of and conditions.

9. Click on “Finish and pay” after having checked all the information inserted.

10. You will receive a confirmation email of your order.

As soon as we send you the Raptus&Rose garment, you will receive another confirmation email with the link to track your package.
Otherwise you will be able to track your order at any moment, simply by signing in to your account, clicking on “My orders”.
