Where can I receive my order?

How long will my order take to arrive?

Ten working days. We try our best to to respect the time frame indicated for your shipment. During our most busy periods such as festivities the arrival of your shipment may vary. But we guarantee that we will continue to work hard to limit delays as much as possible, and that we will contact you by email if there are any problems.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is 25 € and returning an item is free of charge.

Can I track my order?
Yes. In your confirmation email you will receive a link to track your order. Otherwise, you will be able to track your order at any moment, simply by signing in to your account clicking on "MY ORDERS".
